Keep in mind, repairs can’t always be performed on location. Some situations may require you to drop your computer or other devices off to us, depending on your specific situation and/or needed repair.

Like any service oriented company, we prefer our clients or any potential client, schedule an appointment, but we also understand that life isn’t perfect and you may have a need for immediate assistance. We do offer emergency services 24/7 to help keep your business running as it should.

We also understand that everything runs on computers these days. We have elder clients that have to have their computers up and running just to order food and supplies. Some of our younger clients have to be up and running to attend school. Each and every client is important to us, and we try to take into account each individual situation.

Although most repairs can be completed same day, some computer or device repairs can be held up dependent upon parts availability and the repair needed. Normally, hardware repairs can be done same day.

If we have to order parts for your computer, there could be a slight delay depending on how long it takes to receive parts, but we will always try to order from local suppliers to make the repair a lot faster.

Of course we are! Our technicians are certified with DELL and Lenovo and go through extensive testing to meet such certifications. Although certified with two brands, most all brands are the same when it comes to repairs, so we offer repair services on nearly every brand available on the market today or any older brands.

Finding replacement parts for older brands can be a little difficult. In most cases, we can obtain those hard to find parts.
